By using this website or buying from Craig White HQ you agree to these terms.

Our products

We sell digital products: the FlashBack app (a monthly subscription) and ebooks such as the First Wearable Knitting Guide (a one-time purchase). Nothing is shipped. Access is provided online after checkout.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Whop. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) at checkout. FlashBack renews every 30 days until you cancel.

Cancelling FlashBack

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Whop account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Your licence

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own use. Please do not copy, resell, share or redistribute our ebooks or app access.

Your content in FlashBack

You own the flashcards and notes you create. You give us permission to store and display them to you so the app works. Please do not upload anything unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.

No guarantees of results

We work hard to make useful products, but we cannot promise particular exam results or knitting outcomes. Products are provided with reasonable care and skill.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or liability that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes

We may update these terms and the products over time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
