Craig White HQ ("we", "us") makes practical digital products, including the FlashBack app and the First Wearable Knitting Guide. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Purchase details. When you buy, checkout is run by Whop. Whop collects your name, email address, and payment details. We receive your name, email, what you bought and the order status. We never see or store your full card number.
- Account and app content. If you use FlashBack, we store your account details and the content you create, such as flashcards, subjects, notes, links and timestamps.
- Website usage. Our site records basic visit information, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, to understand how the site is used.
- Messages. If you contact us, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought and give you access.
- To run FlashBack and keep your flashcards saved.
- To provide support and handle refunds.
- To improve our products and site.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services needed to run the business, mainly Whop (payments, accounts and hosting). They process data under their own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Children
FlashBack is designed to help students. We do not knowingly collect more information from children than is needed to provide the app. If you are under 18, please use FlashBack with a parent or guardian's agreement. Parents can contact us to ask for a child's data to be viewed or deleted.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the reasons above. Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your FlashBack account and content at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Contact us
For any privacy question or request, message us through the Whop messages feature in your Whop account.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
